Gyrokinesis

Gyrokinesis was founded by Juliu Horvath, a Hungarian ballet dancer. It’s a set of gentle and smooth exercises that focus on rhythmic breathing and spinal movement. It is suitable for modern people who have difficulty breathing and stuck movements. During the exercise, the spine can be stretched in all directions, including forward bending, backward bending, side bending, rotation, circles and waves, and the fascia of the arms and lower limbs can be extended. It helps relaxing the shoulders and neck and balancing the tension of the fascia throughout the body.

The Gyrokinesis class is mainly led by Jane, who has backgrounds in dance, physical fitness, and public health. Her teaching instructions are clear and her voice tone is gentle, which can help students gradually stretch the body without pressure and rediscover a flexible and unburdened spine!
